RULES OF USE AND OPERATION
OF THE PARKING LOT C.C. LA FINCA GRAND CAFÉ
LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ, hereinafter LAFINCA, permanently makes available to
parking users these rules of use and operation.
- These rules are mandatory for customers and people who may be inside the parking lot or its access areas.
- Within the parking lot and its access areas, the customer must respect:
- The traffic regulations and legal or regulatory precepts that may be applicable, and the Law regulating the vehicle parking contract.
- Traffic signage.
- The instructions of parking employees, or those provided through signs.
- Parking spaces will be assigned to cars on a first-come, first-served basis, except when restrictions or service characteristics may be established at any time. Motorcycles may only park in the spaces indicated for these vehicles.
- Parking spaces designated for electric vehicle charging on a rotational basis may only be used for this purpose and for the time necessary for such charging.
- In spaces accessible for people with reduced mobility, only those who have and can prove the use of the special administrative authorization for people with reduced mobility (TPMR) may park by displaying it fully visible on the vehicle’s windshield while it remains parked. LAFINCA will report violators to the competent authority.
- During low-demand hours, for security reasons, vehicle and pedestrian access may be restricted through closing doors that will have sufficient call and opening systems, and that will allow free exit for customers permanently.
- To enter the parking lot with a vehicle, it will be necessary to obtain the hourly ticket issued by the machine, which will show the day and time of entry and the marker/license plate that allows identification of the vehicle. The customer must keep it in proper condition and, for security reasons, always carry it with them. The improper use of a ticket to remove a vehicle from the parking lot that does not correspond to the marker/license plate will be considered fraudulent.
- The loss of the ticket will require the customer to identify themselves and prove ownership/possession of the vehicle in order to remove it.
- LAFINCA is authorized to proceed with the removal of vehicles in cases of abandonment, following the procedure provided in Article 6 of Law 40/2002 of November 14, regulating the vehicle parking contract.
- The customer will be responsible for removing non-fixed and removable accessories from the vehicle, such as mobile phones and other belongings, with LAFINCA extending no responsibility in this regard in accordance with the terms of Law 40/2002 of November 14, 2002, regulating the parking contract.
- The customer is obligated to immediately communicate to LAFINCA, before leaving the parking lot, any damages they may have caused to the parking lot itself or to other customers.
- The customer must compensate for damages caused to people, vehicles, property, and parking facilities due to intent, fault, negligence, or violation of applicable regulations.
- LAFINCA is not responsible for damages caused by other users or third parties. It also does not respond to claims for vehicle damage once it has left the parking lot.
- The customer may submit complaints using the regulatory models that will be available to customers at [email protected]. The resolution period for the submitted complaint will be a maximum of one (1) month.
- These rules may be subject to modification by LAFINCA when deemed appropriate for the better operation of the parking lot. LAFINCA will publish such updates in the parking lot for proper customer awareness.
