To ensure the safety and proper functioning of the children’s area, it is necessary to comply with the following rules:

RULES IN THE CHILDREN’S AREA:

ACCESS:

  • The children's area is a free-use space of LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ, located in the central square of the first floor. Suitable for children between 2 and 12 years old. In this space, it is mandatory that all minors must be under the supervision of an adult.

RULES OF USE OF THE SPACE:

  • Access with belongings (coats, backpacks, toys) or with objects that could harm minors is not allowed. The center is not responsible for loss or breakage of objects within the space.
  • Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the children's area. Taking photographs or recording videos inside the facilities is prohibited.

RULES IN DIRECTED ACTIVITIES:

RULES OF USE OF THE SPACE:

  • Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the children's area.
  • The monitors do not accompany the children to the bathroom; parents/guardians will be notified to do so.
  • Children must play independently, without the need for personalized supervision.
  • Adults may not enter the park. Opening and closing the door is the sole responsibility of the monitor.
  • Taking photographs or recording videos inside the facilities is prohibited.

ACCESS AND COLLECTION OF CHILDREN

  • The right of admission is reserved.
  • In the case of workshops or directed activities. It is essential to present the adult's identification document, parent, mother, or guardian.
  • The person who picks up the child must be the same one who registered. If another person is going to be in charge of the collection, it must be communicated in advance, indicating name, surname, and ID.
  • It is mandatory to provide a telephone number that is available during the entire time the minor is on the premises.
  • The maximum stay will be determined by the team of monitors. Five minutes before the end of the activity, the adult/guardian must be present to pick up the child.
  • Access will not be allowed if the responsible adults present violent, disrespectful behavior or that cause discomfort to the staff or other users.
  • Children must respect the environment of the space, not attack other minors, and make appropriate use of the materials. Otherwise, the right of admission will be applied.
  • Only children between 4 and 12 years old, with a maximum height of 130 cm, who are autonomous and do not require special needs will be allowed access.
  • The maximum capacity is 20 children (in case of disability of the minors, the capacity is reduced by half).

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

  • Children with symptoms of illness (fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) will not be able to access.
  • If symptoms are detected during the stay, the responsible adult will be notified immediately to pick up the minor.
  • It is necessary to inform the staff in advance in case of allergies or special conditions.

CONSENT

  • Access to the space implies acceptance of these rules.
  • The guardians authorize the participation of the children in the scheduled recreational activities and the use of the materials intended for them.
