LaFinca Grand Café organizes for promotional purposes a raffle for a Manila Shawl measuring 110cm x 110cm, a medium-sized natural silk shawl hand-embroidered with hand-knotted fringe in beige color with floral motifs, (hereinafter, “the Raffle”) to be held at the LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ shopping center from May 8, 2025 to May 18, 2025, exclusively for those who have registered on the landing page through the form published at: https://lafincagrandcafe.com/exposicion-manton-de-manila/#sorteo
And have checked the box ‘I accept to receive commercial notifications from LaFinca Grand Café. (LaFinca Somosaguas Golf, S.L.)’ which is essential to contact the winner via email.
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This contest is organized on the website of the LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ Shopping Center from May 8, 2025 at 00:00 hours until 23:59 hours on May 18, 2025.
3. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES
As requirements to participate in the contest, the participant must:
- Be of legal age, resident in Spanish territory, and have completed the gastronomic passport.

- This giveaway may not have more than one participation per person, with the Organizer being empowered to exclude all participants who it considers have not complied with this or any other requirement.
- In the face of any indication of false identity, the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant, unilaterally and without the need for notification or justification to the participant.
- A winner will be selected through the platform https://www.sortea2.com
- Between May 19 and May 25, 2025, the winner will be announced by directly contacting the lucky person via email or phone, if provided by the winner.
- The prize will consist of a Manila Shawl measuring 110cm x 110cm, a medium-sized natural silk shawl hand-embroidered with hand-knotted fringe in beige color with floral motifs from Artesanía Casa Nava: https://artesanianava.com/producto/manton-de-manila-bordado-a-mano-de-seda-natural-ma/
- The prize will be delivered in person at the Grand Café Shopping Center, starting the day after the winner is announced. The winner must show their identification document.
- The prize cannot be canceled or changed, nor reimbursed in cash.
- The organizer is exempt from all responsibility for the use that the winner makes of the prize. The sale of the prize by the winner is totally prohibited. The organizer is exempt from all responsibility for any controversy that may arise as a result of the award of the prize.
- If an appointment has not been requested or the winner has not attended it within one month after the announcement, a new winner will be randomly selected using the same system by which the original winner was chosen.
