1. ORGANIZER

LaFinca Grand Café organizes a promotional raffle for a 2mx2m heart of roses, as well as a night at the hotel “Casa Palacio Reina de los Tardajos” (hereinafter, “the Raffle”) to be held at the shopping center LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ from February 1, 2025, to February 16, 2025, exclusively for those who have made a purchase at the center during these dates, participating in the raffle through a physical form that must be filled out at the GUAU store

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This contest is organized at the Shopping Center LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ aimed at visitors of the LAFINCA GRAND CAFÉ Shopping Center from February 1, 2025 until 9:00 PM on February 16, 2024.

2. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES

As requirements to participate in the contest, the participant must:

• Be of legal age, resident in Spanish territory, and have consumed at LaFinca Grand Café during the giveaway period
• To consider participation, it is necessary to participate within the validity period provided in accordance with these rules.
• Consume at any of the stores or restaurants located in the center during the period between February 1 and February 16
• Participate through the physical registration form that will be located in store 11 of the Shopping Center, in which the participant must provide the following information: Name, Surname, contact email and contact phone number, the latter being optional. To be able to fill out the registration form, it is necessary to show the purchase receipt and justify consumption at Grand Café
• This giveaway may not have more than one participation per person, with the Organizer being empowered to exclude all participants who it considers have not complied with this or any other requirement.
• In the face of any indication of false identity, the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant, unilaterally and without the need for notification or justification to the participant.
• Two (2) winners will be selected before a notary.
• In a period between February 17 and February 28, 2025, the winner will be named, through direct contact with the lucky person via email or phone, if provided by the winner.
• The 1st prize will consist of the 2mx2m rose heart that will be located in the center from February 3 to February 16.
• The 2nd prize will consist of a night at the hotel “Casa Palacio Reina de Tardajos”
• The prizes will be delivered in person at the Grand Café Shopping Center, on a date to be defined between the organization and the winner of the giveaway.
• The prize cannot be canceled or changed, nor reimbursed in cash.
• The organizer is exempt from all responsibility for the use that the winner makes of the prize. The sale of the prize by the winner is totally prohibited. The organizer is exempt from all responsibility for any controversy that may arise as a result of the award of the prize.
• In case of not having requested an appointment or not having attended it, within a period of three (3) days, a new winner would be communicated, selected randomly by the same system by which the original winner was chosen.

4. READING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

All participants acknowledge having read all the rules and principles of the contest. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
